Cooking Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 180°C/160°C fan/Gas Mark 4. Remove Ham from packaging. Place the Ham in an oven proof tray and add sufficient water to cover the base, tightly cover with foil. Heat for approx. 30 mins (20 minutes per kilo), carefully remove from oven, remove foil and spoon glaze over Ham, cook for a further 10 minutes, ensure product is piping hot. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
